our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable mattress that ensured we slept well. the location next to the eastland shopping center was convenient, especially with direct access through the car park. we enjoyed the well-prepared breakfast and appreciated the attentive service from the friendly staff. the hotel also had interesting features like the hotdesk area and an eco-friendly rebate for opting out of housekeeping.

We had a comfortable stay which is early when your on vacation.
Everything was well-maintained, so were exceptional views of the sunrise over the Dandenongs. The hotel had a suburban setting close to a town square with lots of options for eating. It was also just next door to the business district, train and shops and train station/Eastlands. The outdoor restaurant served a wide range of brilliant food.

During my recent trip to Ringwood, I was particularly excited to visit the Ringwood Clock Tower, a landmark I’ve long admired for its architectural charm and history. I chose to stay at Sage Melbourne primarily for its proximity to this beautiful site. I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant afternoon tea offered at the hotel, featuring house-made fluffy cakes, delectable finger sandwiches, and their infamous scones, served in a bright.
The towels were thin and well-used.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The room was really modern and spacious, plus the king-size bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant; those scrambled eggs and delicious coffees were a highlight of my mornings!
There were a few letdowns. The check-in staff could've been friendlier, which made it less cute. Plus, my room had some cleanliness issues, like a dusty fridge and a lingering smell. parking seemed a bit confusing, and I ended up paying for it without clear instructions. mixed feelings!

each morning, we were jolted awake by a piercing pipe squeal from the neighboring room. It totally ruined the vacation vibe. Plus, communication with the staff was quite challenging.
